Billing and payments

Your ZAK service charges

You must sign into your Account and go to Account Settings to see your subscription plan.

Understand your billing date

As a member of ZAK Learning, you are automatically billed once per month on the date that you originally signed up. Your ZAK subscription is charged at the beginning of your billing cycle and could take several days to appear on your account.

If your billing date is scheduled for a day that does not occur in every month (for example the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.

Resolve payment issues

If you are having a issue with your payment method, here are some of the most common causes:

  • Payment method was declined
  • Payment method is not accepted
  • Account cancelled unexpectedly

If you are experiencing any of these issues please check with your paypal if you paid via paypal or check with your bank if you have paid via debit or credit card.
